Stichting Vrienden Museum Van Bommel Van Dam, 2019

Commissioned by Stichting Vrienden van het Museum van Bommel van Dam, Satijn Panyigay was asked to photograph the empty museumbuilding, as well as the new building where the museum would move into, the former post office in Venlo.

The almost empty buildings are showing the afterglow of their history. The series Afterglow consists of 12 photos, 6 of each location and are also available as artworks in editions in sizes 30x42,5 cm | 42,5x60 cm | 60x85 cm, total edition: 6+2AP.
